Changlaishun
The global peanut harvest equipment market is witnessing a CAGR of 6.5%, driven by the urgent need to reduce post-harvest losses. In regions like Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia, transitioning from manual labor to ODM mechanical solutions has increased yield recovery by up to 25%.
While large-scale harvesters dominate North America, the Global South requires compact, versatile, and high-torque equipment like our walking tractor-mounted diggers. These machines navigate small, fragmented plots where massive machinery cannot operate.
Customization is the new standard. Suppliers are no longer just selling "off-the-shelf." Linyi Changlaishun Machinery provides tailored gear ratios, soil-shaking frequencies, and reinforced frames to match specific soil textures, from sandy loams to clay-heavy fields.
Linyi Changlaishun Machinery Co., Ltd. stands as a beacon of excellence in the agricultural machinery industry, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge research & development, meticulous production and manufacturing processes, and extensive domestic and foreign trade operations.
At the heart of our operations lies a state-of-the-art production line, complemented by a rigorous quality inspection center, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Diesel Engines Annually
Walking Tractors
Our current R&D focuses on high-frequency vibration sieves that ensure 99% pod separation from the soil without bruising the peanut shell, preserving the value of the crop for commercial oil production.
As global fuel prices fluctuate, we are developing engines with higher tolerance for varying diesel grades and exploring LPG/Diesel hybrid systems for remote farming zones.
The future of peanut harvesting lies in smart sensors that detect soil moisture and density to automatically adjust digging depth, preventing pod loss due to "cutting" by the blade.
In regions like Northern India or Ethiopia, our 12-15HP walking tractors equipped with peanut diggers allow cooperatives to share costs while increasing efficiency by 10x compared to traditional hand-pulling.
Many of our ODM partners operate "Equipment-as-a-Service" businesses. Our durable Model 151 tractors are built for 2,000+ annual work hours with minimal maintenance, maximizing ROI for lessors.
The compact design of our mini four-wheel tractors and air-cooled engines makes them ideal for terraced farming where heavy combines are physically impossible to deploy.
With an impressive annual production capacity of 100,000 diesel engines and 50,000 walking tractors, we cater to a diverse range of agricultural needs. Our commitment to quality is unwavering; we firmly believe that survival in today's competitive market hinges on the superiority of our products.
Guided by the principle of "quality first, customer top," we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. To maintain our edge, we continuously invest in R&D, striving to improve the technical prowess of our enterprise.
Beyond harvesting, we offer integrated solutions including:
Linyi Changlaishun Machinery Co., Ltd. is more than just a manufacturer. We are passionate innovators dedicated to pushing boundaries in agriculture. Our equipment is designed for low fuel consumption and high durability, reducing the environmental footprint of modern farming.
By leveraging advanced thermodynamic modeling for our diesel engines, we've achieved a 15% reduction in fuel consumption compared to standard market competitors. This innovation leading the future of the industry ensures that farmers can operate longer with lower input costs.
Serving Global Customers from Brazil to Uzbekistan, our products are engineered for extreme environments. Whether it's the high-altitude fields of the Andes or the humid tropical plains of Africa, our equipment remains resilient.
Practice green development is not just a slogan. Our manufacturing processes utilize water-recycling systems and high-efficiency casting methods to minimize waste, aligning with global sustainability goals.
Peanut harvesting is a two-phase process: digging and threshing. Our ODM Peanut Harvest Equipment focuses on the critical first phase. The digging blade must enter the soil at a precise angle (usually 20-25 degrees) to sever the taproot without damaging the pods. Once severed, the "shake-off" mechanism uses a series of vibrating bars. Our technical roadmap has led us to develop a "Variable Frequency Vibrator" that can be adjusted based on soil moisture. In dry soil, lower frequencies prevent pod detachment; in wet, sticky soil, higher frequencies ensure the earth is cleaned from the roots.
For industrial-scale operations, the reliability of the engine is paramount. The R190 and R192 series engines we manufacture are known for their high thermal efficiency. Using evaporative cooling, these engines can run for 12+ hours in 40°C heat without overheating, a critical requirement during the narrow harvest window when delays lead to crop rot.
Furthermore, the walking tractor platform (Model 121 and 151) offers unparalleled versatility. A farmer can use the same power unit for peanut digging in September, transport in October, and soil preparation for the next crop in March. This multi-functionality is the cornerstone of economic viability for modern agriculture in developing nations.
